HUMANE SOCIETY OF DAVIDSON COUNTY
Due to the many new and different projects that we will be working on this year we are changing our meeting schedule. In the past, we have held monthly public meetings and quarterly board meetings. In order for us to properly plan for these new projects we feel as though our board needs to meet more often. Therefore, our board will begin meeting monthly and we will hold public meetings twice a year. The public meeting dates will be announced through Facebook and our website. If you are interested in volunteering on a committee please let us know! We will need the extra help with the ideas we have for future projects!

The Humane Society of Davidson County
The Humane Society of Davidson County is a non-profit organization consisting of an all-volunteer membership and Board of Directors. We are a community resource, dedicated to the prevention of cruelty to animals, the relief of suffering among animals and the extension of humane education. We seek to provide care for abused, abandoned, and neglected animals in our community, to provide temporary and permanent homes for them and to inspire responsible pet/family relationships. We work with like-minded community groups. Members will at all times act in a manner reflecting our values, integrity, respect, honesty and compassion for animals and for each other.
